All sales on any regulated, registered, or product requiring a background check are final. Application fees paid to any federal organization will be refunded ONLY in the event of a denial by that agency due to the applicant's inability to lawfully pass a background check due to criminal history. State of Tennessee TBI fees, Two Nine Enterprises, LLC service, paperwork, or application processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Applicants whom elect to not begin the federal registration process within thirty days of purchase will incur a cancelled order fee of 25%, with the remaining balance refunded to the original method of payment. Applicants whom have been notified by BATFE or Two Nine Enterprises, LLC that their application was denied and/or not filed due to additional information being required, including, but not limited to photographs, fingerprints, criminal history records, or any other required documentation for application, or BATFE questionnaires will incur a daily storage fee of $5 beginning the 31st day after any attempt by Two Nine Enterprises, LLC to notify the customer. Items not collected within 30 days of approval without prior arrangement will incur a daily storage fee of $5 beginning on the 31st day. Transfers not collected within 30 days of receipt without prior arrangement will incur a daily storage fee of $5 beginning on the 31st day.

By purchasing from Two Nine Enterprises, LLC, or soliciting / hiring Two Nine Enterprises, LLC for transfer, sales, or services, customer agrees that in the event storage fees exceed manufacturers MSRP, customer's purchase price of the item excluding sales taxes and transfers fees from Two Nine Enterprises, LLC, or the item not being collected within 90 days of approval / receipt, customer agrees that they have abandoned the item and forfeits all rights of ownership to Two Nine Enterprises, LLC and Two Nine Enterprises, LLC may elect at it's sole discretion to sell the item to recover storage fees without further notification to customer.
